Real Bride Story: Elena Fasolino

Happy to introduce this beautiful bride Elena Fasolino! Elena chose us to take part in the greatest day of her life and we are very honored. 
Being a bride is full of exciting moments and joyful memories. Elena wore our best seller Juliet dress from the gorgeous Shakespeare Collection. 
She got married on a beautiful coast wedding in Italy. Here is her story, telling us about that amazing day & her gorgeous dress!

Where/how did you discover Riki Dalal?

I discovered Riki Dalal clothes in Amatelier, in Capaccio-Paestum, Salerno. Later, I remembered seeing her clothes on the internet before.

How was your experience in the Boutique?

My experience at Amatelier has been wonderful: I chose the dress on the first date. It was love at first sight. At the atelier they guided me well in the choice. I did not imagine being able to choose the dress on the first date! 

What made you choose the dress you chose and what was your favorite thing about the dress?

I have felt it was mine since I saw it on the rack. I love flowers and I love tulle. The shape of the dress is perfect for my body. The dress is rich in detail but at the same time elegant. I love the color of the skirt, incredible. 

How did you feel when you first tried on the dress and how did you know it was the right one for you?

I chose it because it made me feel confident. I felt comfortable and beautiful enough to really enhance my beauty. Even before trying it I choose it. It was already the most beautiful dress I had ever seen. My dress was perfect for spring, to express my creative side and at the same time recall the classic through the wide tulle skirt. (After my wedding I was contacted by Amatelier as a testimonial and I was able to wear my dress again. it was great!).

Tell us about your Wedding day

Marcello and I got married on April 29, 2019 in Ravello, on the Amalfi Coast. In the previous autumn, I started the search for the dress, which was very pleasant. The dress was chosen based on the time and location of the wedding. The religious ceremony took place in the morning at the Cathedral of Ravello, it was not very long & pleasant. In the morning it rained but during the ceremony, the sun and wind dried the streets and gardens of the Villa where we took the photoshoot. The photos outside were taken at Villa Rufolo. Villa Rufolo is a historic building in Ravello, dating back to the thirteenth century. It consisted of 356 rooms, one for each day of the year and the Hotel chosen as the location for the reception is part of the same complex. The gardens of Villa Rufolo have been an attraction for centuries, the sea view has inspired many Romantic artists. The reception was refined, simple and cheerful, with live bands, romantic songs and dance. For my husband and me the ceremony was pleasant, fun and light, not too long, as we intended, we were pleased that our guests described it as the most beautiful wedding they went to.
On my wedding day my dress expressed the happiness I felt. I am happy to be able to compliment you directly: no dress would have been more suitable for my wedding and my personality.

Elena wore our one and only Juliet gown from Shakespeare collection. Juliet is a fairy tale ball gown with 3D floral applique top, cap sleeves, and sweetheart neckline.
